About this roleAs the SDR Team Lead for France, you will take on a pivotal role in leading and developing the sales development team focused on the French market. This role is critical to driving pipeline growth, expanding market reach, and aligning with the company’s sales strategy.You will have the exciting opportunity to mentor and manage a team of SDRs, optimize prospecting processes, and implement strategies tailored to the French market. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, you will ensure the team delivers high-quality leads and contributes to the success of the overall sales cycle.Through hands-on leadership and a data-driven approach, you will become a trusted advisor to your team and a key driver of the company's success in the French market. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about sales development and leadership, this role is an excellent opportunity for you.Provide ongoing coaching and training to enhance the team's prospecting, communication, and qualification skills.Strategic Planning and ExecutionDesign and implement effective sales development strategies tailored to the French market.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns and improve targeting for the French market.English proficiency.Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.Analytical and Strategic ThinkingProficiency in analyzing performance metrics and using data to drive decision-making.Strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to the unique needs of the French market.ToolsCorporate Tools: Salesforce, Office 365, Slack.Sales Enablement Tools: Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
