Teamstarter est à la recherche de son ou sa BDR expérimenté.e, tu as une première expérience en tant que BDR, tu souhaites créer ta propre équipe et la faire grandir au sein d’une start up qui a vocation à devenir une scale up.

**Tes missions quotidiennes**:
1 - PROSPECTION COMMERCIALE
- Identifier les sources d’acquisition et les prospects pertinents pour TEAMSTARTER (web et réseaux sociaux, recommandation clients, etc.)
- Eveiller à nouveaux l’intérêt des prospects Teamstarter en statut quo sur la base de donnée CRM
- Discuter avec les C-Levels afin d’obtenir des rendez-vous qualifiés pour les Business Developer
- Recueillir les informations nécessaires à la bonne conduite des rendez-vous Sales

2 - OPTIMISATION DES PROCESSUS INTERNES
- Participer à l’analyse des ventes du pôle Sales et aux réunions hebdomadaires
- Soumettre des approches innovantes de prospection

**Profil recherché**

Tu as un niveau Bac +5 et est issu.e d’une formation en école de commerce ou équivalente

Tu as déjà 2 à 3 ans d’expérience sur un poste similaire (alternance comprise) dans la vente en BtoB, idéalement dans le secteur des nouvelles technologies/solutions SaaS

Tu es un.e vrai.e chasseur.euse dans l’âme, et tu sais ouvrir les portes les plus difficiles que les autres ne savent pas ouvrir

Tu as un grand sens de la relation client et tu es à l’aise pour interagir avec des décideurs

Tu es dynamique, motivé.e, et toujours volontaire avec un vrai goût du challenge

Tu maîtrise parfaitement le français, à l’écrit et à l’oral
