**EGERIE te propose de réaliser une alternance en tant qu'Assistant Channel Manager H/F basé(e) à Paris.**

**Ton rôle**:
Au sein de l’équipe Sales, et rattaché plus particulièrement au département Alliances et Channel, nous recherchons notre futur alternant Channel Account Manager, pour renforcer notre équipe et soutenir le développement des ventes indirectes pour la France et l’International.

**Tes principales missions**:

- Participer à la montée en compétence de nos partenaires en collaboration avec l’équipe Training, et Professional Services (suivi des formations, inscriptions, relances, bilan)
- Supporter l’activité commerciale en développant l’engagement Business des partenaires, en collaboration avec notre équipe Sales et Channel (suivi et création de tableaux de bord)
- Aider à l’organisation des évènements partenaires (webinaires, Club Partenaires)
- Maintenir à jour la cartographie des partenaires revendeurs et sociétés de conseil
- Participer à la mise à disposition du Kit Partenaires, formalisation et mise à jour

**Requirements**:
**Le talent recherché**:
De formation supérieure, niveau (BAC +4 ou +5), tu désires acquérir une expérience enrichissante sur un poste commercial Channel dans l’univers de la Cybersécurité.

Passionné(e) et curieux(se), tu dispose d’un réel sens du service client. tu es persévérant(e) dans la réalisation des solutions que tu apportes et motivé(e) pour aller vers l’excellence.

Tu as un très bon relationnel, tu es organisé(e), doté(e) d’un fort dynamisme et positif(ve). tu as une bonne maîtrise des outils et solutions bureautique. Tu as un anglais fluent.

Une appétence pour les métiers digitaux / IT est un plus.
Tu aimes que chaque jour ne se ressemble pas, et soit un nouveau challenge. tu sais jongler avec les priorités. Tu aimes travailler en équipe, dans la joie et la bonne humeur. La solidarité est l’une de tes valeurs.
