Tâches

**Objectif**:
Accélérer le développement commercial et la croissance de Luxurynsight grâce à la génération de leads qualifiés et la réalisation d’offres commerciales.

**Rôle & responsabilités**:
Au sein de l’équipe commerciale, tu construis en étroite collaboration avec le Head of Sales une stratégie d’acquisition auprès des maisons et marques de luxe. Ta capacité à générer de nouvelles opportunités sera importante tout comme ta compréhension et décomposition des brief pour construire des offres commerciales pertinentes. Tu es motivé.e par l’atteinte de tes objectifs et par la qualité de la relation que tu entretiens avec tes contacts. Tu es moteur, mais pas pushy. Tu es dynamique et structuré.e.

\*\*Développement commercial\*\*

\* Veille business et détection d’opportunités sur des secteurs et zones géographiques clés

\* Participation à la structuration du plan de développement, définition des groupes, maisons & contacts prioritaires

\* Prise de contact (Mail, LinkedIn, évènements, réseau, etc.)

\* Maintien à jour du CRM (Hubspot) afin de suivre tes opportunités et le pipeline des prospects.

\* Participation à l’intégralité du cycle de vente (RDV client, démonstration produit, proposition, négociation, closing, etc.)

\*\*Construction de propositions commerciales\*\*

\* Compréhension et décomposition des besoins clients (traduction du brief client)

\* Structuration des offres & propositions commerciales (brief, proposition de valeur, proposition tarifaire)

\* Analyse des besoins et réalisation d’offres commerciales cross-produits et services (Ingénierie commerciale)

\* Liaison avec les équipes marketing pour le maintien à jour des argumentaires par offre de produits et services

\* Gestion des appels d’offres et création d’offres commerciales

\*\*Relationnel client\*\*

\* Participation à des évènements de networking

\* Maintien de la relation client - identification cross-sale & up-sale en lien avec les CSM

\*\*Projets\*\*

\* Participation à tout projet permettant de structurer, améliorer et développer les opérations et la performance commerciale (Argumentaires & présentations, contenus marketing, outils de prospection, recrutements,)

Exigences

\* Bac+5 Business school ou equivalent

\* Première expérience en Luxe, Marketing ou Sales B2B

\* Structuré.e et rigoureux/se, bonne présentation

\* Anglais & français courant écrit & oral

\* Tu es un.e problem solver qui sait se mettre dans la tête de son interlocuteur et trouver des solutions créatives.

\* Tu es à l’écoute et curieux/se de découvrir les codes du luxe et de la data pour développer le potentiel de tes clients

\* Appliqué.e avec une importante attention au détail tu sais décomposer les besoins d’un client et structurer des offres commerciales complètes (produits & services)

\* Tu as un très bon relationnel et une importante capacité à créer du lien avec tes prospects

\* Tu es à l’aise sur Excel et PowerPoint pour la réalisation d’offres commerciales

\* Tu es proactif/ve et toujours à la recherche de nouvelles opportunités
