About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls from potential clients to discuss their business needs and provide solutions.
  • Qualify leads and prospects using a sales pipeline that you will manage independently.
  • Book demos and calls with account executives to showcase our products and services.
  • Manage administrative tasks for large clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

Requirements

  • 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong ability to prospect and build relationships with potential clients.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new sales strategies and techniques.

Selection Process

The selection process typically takes two weeks and consists of two rounds of interviews:

  • Initial Interview (20 minutes): A video call with our Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss your background, motivation, and expectations.
  • Manager Interview (1.5 hours): A meeting with your future manager to discuss the role, responsibilities, and expectations in more detail, as well as a case study exercise.
