Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at SIMPLEX Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the Masterbatch industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing the sales budget for the region, ensuring that sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Strategic Planning: You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Customer Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing business plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Analysis: You will be responsible for providing regular sales reports and analysis to the management team, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Masterbatch industry.
  • Skills: You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Education: You will have a degree in Business Administration or a related field.
