_**Description des missions**_

Comeandwork recherche un.e Sale development representative pour développer la commercialisation de son offre d’espace de bureaux et de services premium.

Au sein de la Team Sales et en collaboration avec toutes les équipes, tu participes au développement commercial de notre concept qui fait l’unanimité sur le marché.

Ton rôle? S'assurer que les espaces du parc Comeandwork soient en permanence occupés en anticipant les vacances et en dénichant nos futurs clients.

Tes missions seront les suivantes:

- Identifier tes interlocuteurs clés
- Elaborer une stratégie de prospection en collaboration avec les Co-founders
- Qualifier les leads entrants
- Prospecter de nouvelles start-up par des divers canaux (mail, téléphone, LinkedIn, referral, etc.)
- Elaborer un workflow de relances et de suivis prospects
- Découvrir et comprendre les besoins de nos prospects (CEO, Office Managers, Head of Finance, DAF,).
- Définir un argumentaire pour traiter les objections
- Emmener les clients sur le terrain pour leur présenter nos (magnifiques) espaces
- Participer au cycle de vente en entier et collaborer avec les Co-founder sur les phases de closing
- Collaborer avec le service marketing pour optimiser les canaux d’acquisition, et avec les autres équipes de Comeandwork pour optimiser la commercialisation des espaces
- Suivre et analyser tes KPI pour repérer les meilleurs leviers d'acquisition
- Développer notre notoriété et faire rayonner notre offre : representation sur les salons, forum, communiquer sur notre projet : réseaux sociaux, campagnes de prospection et marketing, assurer la présence de Comeandwork lors d’évènements visant à sa promotion
