Position based in Vélizy-Villacoublay (permanent contract)

**Your Responsibilities**
- Act as a consultant to sales teams worldwide, providing guidance and training on selling SaaS solutions on our cloud platform.
- Help our sales teams worldwide to articulate the value of our SaaS solutions over on-premise and handle customers’ objections with respect to cloud.
- Contribute to identify, formalize and promote new business models enabled by our SaaS solutions.
- Champion and promote major SaaS solution wins and references across geographical regions to foster replication.
- Serve as a keynote speaker at conferences and marketing events, showcasing our SaaS offerings and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with our sales teams globally to systematically engage customers in their transformation journey, utilizing our value engagement framework.
- Provide expert advice and support on specific sales opportunities, leveraging your experience and expertise in SaaS solutions.
- Support selected sales engagements in key accounts, driving success and fostering strong client relationships.
- Support business consulting services to identify, uncover, and articulate the business value of our SaaS solutions.
- Help monitor and deliver end-to-end business value to clients, ensuring successful outcomes and satisfaction.

**Your Qualifications**
- 10+ years of successful experience in a Sales Expert role within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record in strategic consultative value selling.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, capable of engaging, motivating, and persuading stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in training, coaching, or facilitating sales teams, with a focus on driving performance and results.
- Ability to establish and manage executive-level customer relationships, driving trust and confidence in our SaaS solutions.
- MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate transversal teams.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
