LA MISSION:
Au sein de notre équipe française, nous recrutons un(e) Business Development Representative, chargé(e) d'accompagner l'équipe commerciale dans la gestion et le développement de sa clientèle.
VOS RESPONSABILITÉS:
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec un(e) directeur(rice) de comptes sénior(e)
- Établir un plan de prospection et réaliser des objectifs de vente, alignés sur les stratégies commerciales : 10 meetings par semaine / entre 6 et 7 opportunités créées par mois
- Nos clients principaux sont des cabinets de conseil et des fonds d'investissements. Objectif : se rapprocher des C-Levels et décisionnaires importants dans ces entreprises internationales
- S'assurer de la mise à jour d'HubSpot (notre outil CRM) : gestion des deals, des tâches, des rendez-vous, etc.
- Travailler main dans la main avec le List Builder et le Sales Ops Specialist afin de vous soutenir dans la réalisation de vos objectifs
- Tirer les conclusions de vos best practices afin de pouvoir améliorer vos performances et en faire bénéficier le reste de l'équipe;
Le profil recherché
- Vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 6 mois sur un poste similaire
- Vous avez un réel engouement pour le business et les fonctions commerciales
- Vous êtes capable de gérer une charge de travail importante tout en gardant une organisation optimale
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) comme quelqu'un d'ambitieux et persévérant, doté d'un sens de l'écoute et qui fait attention aux détails
- Vous savez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez une parfaite maîtrise de la langue française et anglaise
- Une autre langue est un plus
