**JOB LOCALISATION : BARCELONA**

Founded in 2018, Focustribes is the quality label for freelancing in France and Spain. We are specialized in IT Management, Transformation, and Reorganization consulting for large companies. We rely on our community of Focustribes-accredited consultants in France, Spain, and throughout Europe.

In a context of strong growth, we are looking for our future Business Development Representative (BDR) to support us in the company's development in France and Spain. We're looking for a dynamic, talented individual to join our team. Please note that this position is progressive and could be your springboard to greater responsibilities

**Main tasks**:

- Identify new leads.
- Lead generation and nurturing
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and define effective content production (inbound marketing)
- Help organize themed webinars/events for customers and prospects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Promote the strength of the Focustribes community to meet customer needs
- Participate in industry events to develop the company's network and increase brand awareness
- Respond to customer/prospect needs:

- Identify the right consultants
- Create short-lists
- Conduct pre-validation interviews
- Create Focustribes-standard files
- Participate in the drafting of offers
- Organize consultant/customer interviews

**Your profile**:

- You have a master’s degree, ideally business-oriented
- You are native Spanish, speak fluently English and French
- You have previous experience in a recognized consulting firm or IT services company (minimum internship experience)
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You are recognized for your ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You are organized and know how to manage your time
- You're not afraid to work in a constantly changing environment
