Nos Regional Sales Managers évoluent au sein de notre équipe de vente Ambulatory Information Systems AIS, leader sur le marché des solutions informatiques en ligne pour la gestion de cabinets des médecins libéraux.
Notre mission est de fournir des services en ligne performants, permettant la gestion des dossiers administratifs et médicaux des patients. Vous serez un maillon essentiel de notre organisation de ventes directes et indirectes de nos solutions AIS.
Rattaché(e) au Senior Sales Manager, vous organiserez et piloterez votre équipe de vente directe et indirecte afin de développer nos ventes et fidéliser nos clients et partenaires sur votre région.

Vos missions:
En tant qu’acteur de la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise:
- Vous développez et fidélisez un portefeuille de clients dans le secteur de la médecine libérale (Cabinets Médicaux, Maisons de Santé, Centres de Santé, Cabinets Médicaux pluri disciplinaires, etc...)
- Vous dynamisez, coachez, motivez votre équipe de commerciaux de terrain.
- Vous organisez et animez vos réseaux de ventes directes et indirectes sur votre région.
- Vous identifiez avec votre équipe les besoins spécifiques de vos clients et proposez des solutions logicielles innovantes et adaptées
- Vous accompagnez votre équipe pour négocier et conclure des contrats de vente complexes sur le terrain.
- Vous prodiguez un suivi commercial de qualité et maintenez une relation client exemplaire.
- Vous êtes garant de l’accomplissement des objectifs commerciaux de votre région et portez la responsabilité du reporting de vos actions commerciales et de celles de votre équipe.
Profil recherché
Issu de formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience professionnelle de minimum 8 ans. Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans le management d'une équipe commerciale.
- Vous avez évolué dans la vente de solutions logicielles, idéalement dans le secteur de l’informatique de santé.
- Vous êtes plutôt d’un tempérament chasseur, vous savez aussi fidéliser vos clients et partenaires.
- Vous avez le leadership nécessaire pour piloter et embarquer vos collaborateurs et partenaires revendeurs sur votre région.
- Vous êtes en capacité de détecter de nouveaux marchés et partenariats.
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'un excellent relationnel et d'une grande capacité de persuasion
- Vous êtes en mesure de suivre le cap commercial de l’entreprise et de dynamiser vos équipes.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome
- Vous êtes mobile sur votre région et parfois en France.
- Une connaissance approfondie du système de santé français et des enjeux liés à sa digitalisation est un plus.

Après un premier échange avec notre équipe recrutement, vous rencontrerez le Senior Sales Manager afin d’approfondir vos motivations puis notre HRBP et notre Area Vice President.
