Depuis 2014, les équipes de Legalstart contribuent à transformer en profondeur le marché du droit et des services aux entrepreneurs. Notre mission : simplifier la vie des entrepreneurs au quotidien.
Legalstart est la 1ère plateforme française de services juridiques et administratifs à destination des entrepreneurs et des TPE. Tous leurs besoins essentiels peuvent désormais être gérés 100% en ligne : création d’entreprise, dépôt de marque, recouvrement de créances, gestion de la comptabilité, conformité et tous les autres services indispensables au lancement, à la gestion et à la croissance des petites entreprises.
Déjà adoptée par près d’1 entrepreneur français sur 10, la startup a accompagné près de 350.000 d’entre eux depuis son lancement et est aujourd’hui le leader de la LegalTech en Europe.
Après une première levée de fonds en 2019, et une opération de LBO en octobre 2021, Legalstart, qui est rentable depuis la première année et compte aujourd’hui plus de 120 personnes, poursuit sa croissance et recherche ses futurs talents.

L’équipe Customer Care recherche aujourd’hui un.e Customer Success Manager, commercial.e dans l’âme, prêt.e à relever tous les défis pour rendre l’expérience de nos clients inoubliable. Sous la supervision de Victor, notre Head of Subscriptions & Customer Success, tu seras mobilisé(e) sur l’ensemble des sujets liés à la satisfaction client et au rebond commercial.
**Quelles seront tes missions ?**
- Gérer au quotidien le flux Customer Care (toutes les demandes liées à la satisfaction de nos client)
- S’assurer de la satisfaction de nos clients à l’aide d’actions de rétention
- Identifier des opportunités de ventes pour doper les performances commerciales de Legalstart
- Participer à l’amélioration des outils et process de l’équipe
- Prendre part à l’élaboration et l’optimisation de l’expérience client pour améliorer la satisfaction et la fidélisation globale
Ton rôle est central chez Legalstart Tu seras au cœur de la satisfaction client et de l’amélioration générale du service.
**Qualifications**:
**Profil recherché**
- Minimum Bac +2 (école de commerce ou Université)
- Tu as une première expérience réussie dans la vente / relation clients
- Tu es à l’aise avec les outils numériques
- Tu fais preuve d’une grande rigueur
- Tu es autonome et force de proposition
- Tu sais garder ton sang froid en toutes circonstances
- Tu aimes te challenger et atteindre des objectifs ambitieux
