**Why do we need you ?**
Within the central Marketing and Development department, Saint-Gobain's Customer Experience department plays an important role in enhancing the customer-centric culture. In order to best support our colleagues in Saint-Gobain's activities, the use and development of customer experience understanding and methodologies are emphasized. By using customer insights, we positively impact their experience and generate a positive and tangible business impact.

In this context, we are reinforcing our team with a Customer Experience Manager who will strengthen our offer.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Use Customer Experience methodologies to positively impact businesses in line with Saint-Gobain Strategy
- Support countries on all aspects of Customer Experience
- Animate and grow our Customer Experience community
- Work closely with other SG central teams to integrate customer experience into their projects : you will address common issues by combining different experiences to help our local colleagues achieve their business objectives.

**Is this job for you ?**
For this job, we are looking for a Customer Experience Manager with:

- 10 years’ experience in sales or product management roles that exposed you to customers.
- An experience within an industrial businesses for the construction markets will be a plus. Therefore, you will have significant records of managing successful projects (with tangible results) and more particularly customer-oriented projects.

Our team is made up of 4 people and one trainee per year for a period of 6 months.
This job will enable you to develop within the customer experience and digital marketing department, which belongs to the Marketing and Development group.
