Intégré(e) à l’équipe, vous participez à la stratégie BD, marketing et communication du cabinet sur le marché français et en Afrique francophone.

Vous serez amené.e à participer et à intervenir sur les missions suivants:
1. Soutien aux activités Business Development, marketing et appels d’offres:

- Participation à la rédaction de contenus marketing et à l’élaboration de diverses brochures et autres supports marketing
- Participation à la préparation des réponses aux appels d’offres et panels (rédactionnel, pièces administratives, gestion de projet)
- Rédaction de références (credentials)
- Préparation de soumissions aux annuaires juridiques et aux classements professionnels
- Production de toute autre documentations destinée aux clients
- Réponses à diverses demandes marketing/BD émanant des associés et des différents bureaux Norton Rose Fulbright
- Mise à jour des bases de données (appels d’offres, références, CVs, etc.)
- Mise en place d’actions de CRM et optimisation de la gestion de la relation client
- Développement de la veille concurrentielle, réalisation d’études statistiques et d’analyses financières
- Suivi spécifique de certaines pratiques ou secteurs
- Participation à la mise en place et à l’amélioration d’outils et de processus marketing ; revue et amélioration de contenus existants ; conseil aux différentes équipes internes
- Contribution à différents rapports d’activité dans son domaine d’expertise et notamment au rapport d’activité hebdomadaire marketing du bureau de Paris
- Peut être amené(e) à intervenir sur tout autre projet BD/marketing qui se présenterait.

2. Soutien aux activités de communication:

- Communication interne et/ou externe
- Relations presse
- Evènementiel
- Documentation publicitaire et commerciale

3. Projets
- Contribution aux différents rapports d’activité Marketing et Communication
- Participation à la formation et au développement des compétences des avocats et des fonctions support du bureau aux différentes pratiques en BD, marketing et communication
- Participation à divers projets BD, marketing et communication qui pourraient lui être confiées par le bureau de Paris ou par la région EMEA

Votre profil:
En formation Bac +4/5 en Business Development/Marketing (Ecole de commerce/Université / Master spécialisé), vous êtes à la recherche d'un stage.

Vous disposez d’excellentes aptitudes rédactionnelles et appréciez travailler en mode projet. Vous maîtrisez la langue anglaise, êtes à l’aise sur le Pack Office et avez idéalement développé des notions de la chaine graphique.
Enfin, des qualités telles que l’esprit d’équipe, aisance relationnelle, résistance au stress, curiosité intellectuelle, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et proactivité vous permettront de réussir pleinement votre stage au sein du cabinet.
