**Tes missions seront**:
Au sein de l’équipe RH, tu seras en charge d’assurer la gestion des ressources humaines de la population du siège social de Cabaïa. En constante croissance depuis sa création, les effectifs de Cabaïa ont plus que doublé en 2 ans. Les besoins des collaborateurs évoluent et leur accompagnement au quotidien nécessite une personne dédiée au sein du pôle RH

**Administration du personnel**:

- Organiser l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs (onboarding dans notre SIRH, rédaction des contrats de travail, signature du contrat, inscription mutuelle, CSE, DPAE, campagne de pré-boarding, animation de la journée d’onboarding, suivi des fins de période d’essai) ;
- Recueil et saisie des éléments variables de paie dans notre SIRH, contact privilégié avec notre cabinet de paie externe et participation au reporting mensuel pour le pôle finance ;
- Organiser l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs ;
- Organiser l’offboarding des collaborateurs sortants ;
- Participer à la mise en place des campagnes d’entretiens annuels et des bilans semestriels ;
- Assurer le suivi des reporting RH, des indicateurs les plus pertinents et des mises à jour de documents RH ;
- Être le point de contact de tous nos collaborateurs sur les sujets administratifs RH;
- Assurer une veille réglementaire et juridique.

**Projets RH**:

- Soutien à l’équipe RH sur les différents projets RH et chantiers juridiques en cours (selon actualité : RGPD, Règlement intérieur, accords d’entreprise, Projet RSE, audit URSSAF, etc.) ;
- Mettre en place et animer la Cabaia Academy auprès des équipes du siège social ;
- Participer à l’élaboration du plan de développement des compétences et le déployer, être en relation avec l’OPCO et participer à divers projets de développement RH ;
- Création d'un programme d'accompagnement jeunes talents.

**Office & Happiness Management**:

- Office Management du siège social:

- Commandes et suivi des stocks de fournitures ;
- Suivi du budget Office Management ;
- Assurer un environnement de travail sain et agréable pour tous.
- Happiness Management du siège social:

- Mise en place d’actions de communication (newsletter RH, eNPS, sondages internes etc.) ;
- Organisation d’événements thématiques (séminaires, soirées d’entreprise, animations, ateliers, conférences, sessions de sport etc).

- **Esprit d’équipe et relationnel**: tu travailleras avec chaque pôle, du service client à la communication, en passant par le retail : on avance jamais tout seul ;
- ** Rigueur** : l’organisation est clé du succès pour être structuré(e) en particulier dans les RH ;
- ** Curiosité**: tu aimes aller chercher les informations et être en veille sur ton périmètre, notamment sur tout ce qui concerne les législations sociales et le droit du travail ;
- ** Force de proposition** : tu sauras nous apporter ton œil neuf sur nos processus afin de pouvoir les améliorer et en créer de nouveaux Feedback is a gift ️
- ** Sens de l’analyse** : chaque action RH doit être suivie d’indicateurs pour évaluer l’amélioration des process ou des conditions de travail ;
- ** Discrétion**: parce que tu le sais, c’est essentiel en RH

**Profil recherché**:

- Tu possèdes une première expérience dans les RH, l’ADP ou le droit social ;
- Tu es autonome et organisé(e) parce qu’on va avoir beaucoup de choses à construire ;
- Tu aimes prendre des initiatives et faire preuve de créativité ;
- Tu as le sens des responsabilités et tu as à cœur de porter tes projets ;
- Tu possèdes un très bon relationnel et une excellente communication orale comme écrite en français et en anglais. La pratique de l’espagnol serait aussi un vrai plus dans le cadre de notre développement à l'international
