**Le Poste**

Dans le cadre de notre fort développement, nous créons un poste de Manager Business Development Sédentaire dans nos locaux de Boulogne Billancourt.

L'objectif étant la création d'un pôle commercial sédentaire traitant à la fois les appels entrants (prise de commandes, SAV...) et les appels sortants (prise de RDV, relance suite RDV, devis...).

À ce titre, vous serez en charge des responsabilités suivantes:

- Encadrer votre équipe afin d'optimiser les volumes de vente et l'anticipation de l'activité commerciale.
- Animer et motiver l’équipe dans le but d'améliorer leurs performances commerciales.
- Créer, processer et répondre aux appels d’offre.
- Vous êtes garant de l’atteinte des objectifs tant managériaux que commerciaux, individuels comme collectifs de votre équipe et ce, en cohérence avec la stratégie et les valeurs de l’entreprise.
- Coacher et accompagner vos collaborateurs dans leur montée en compétences, en veillant à leur progression continue.
- Organiser et développer l’activité commerciale en fonction des objectifs définis.
- Garantir une satisfaction optimale de nos clients tout au long du processus de vente.
- Développer et structurer le discours commercial de l’entreprise, tout en veillant au respect des procédures de vente en place.
- Être force de proposition pour faire évoluer les processus et optimiser les résultats de l’équipe commerciale.
- Suivre et analyser les KPI du service commercial pour assurer le pilotage de la performance.
- Recruter et former les membres de votre future équipe

**Profil recherché**

Vous êtes un vrai Day2Day Manager, véritable Chef d’équipe, vous êtes un exemple et êtes fédérateur ;
Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le management d’équipe commerciale en sédentaire dans un environnement B2B premium;
Vous avez une très forte orientation résultats ;
Vous êtes dynamique et doté d’un bon relationnel ;
Vous êtes passionné(e) de la vente par téléphone ;
Vous avez une excellente maîtrise des outils informatiques.

Rémunération : Selon profil et expérience.
