**Job Description**:
**Ubisoft International** **Production** is the headquarters of our network of production studios and plays an essential role in the conception of our games. Closely working with the top management and our studios worldwide, our role is to support the various project teams on different topics (production processes, design, business strategy, marketability, financial planning) in order to enable them to develop high-quality games while maintaining an editorial and strategic coherence. **Business Strategy & Live Performance Director / Product Director (M/W/NB)**

**Job description**

**Your role**:
As a Business Strategy & Live Performance Director / Product Director, you will oversee a portfolio of multiple projects and brands. You will work closely with the leaders of each production team to co-build the business aspects of development, including business models, monetization and live, and validate their final strategies.

**Missions**:

- Guide the leaders of each project to design and build ambitious strategies that will maximize player recurring investment
- Work closely with production teams to support & challenge the design of best-in-class economies, build engaging game features and craft efficient business models that will foster acquisition, engagement, and monetization
- Work with our data team to leverage the right data and analytics to drive intelligent decisions that can increase player engagement, optimize business efficiency and boost financial performance.
- Partner with marketing, creative, producers and brand management teams to identify and explore new business opportunities
- Work with other HQ leadership groups (top management, brand portfolio, editorial, production HQ, finance) to drive decisions around our games’ roadmaps and priorities, assess their viability and recommend adapted strategies to maximize their profitability
- Lead transversal initiatives to drive Ubisoft’s growth on business, monetization & live topics, across multiple areas: design & prioritization of new tech features for monetization, market intelligence, data & analytics tooling and development of our business intelligence platform
- Develop and mentor business/product profiles across our studios to build a world class community of business leaders
- Manage a team of Business Analysts

**Qualifications**:

- A strong experience in launching successful live service products (PC/Console) such as Product Director, Head of Product Management, Monetization Director within the gaming industry
- Experience in building complex in-game economies and business strategies that made a significant and lasting impact on games
- Avid gamer and strong interest in the gaming industry
- Thorough understanding of acquisition, retention, and monetization concepts
- A player first approach and strong knowledge about the gaming market, its consumer, and its trends
- Experience with structured, hypothesis-driven product improvements, rigorous metrics analysis, consumer insights and design experimentation
- Managed and developed a team
- Ability to build strong relationships with partners and positively influence your ecosystem
- Leadership, positive influence, negociation, good communication skills
