**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive growth and engagement within our community. You don't need an art background for this role; your determination, ambition and attention to detail are what will set you apart. If you're ready to take on a dynamic role in a fast-paced startup environment where your efforts directly impact our mission, we want to hear from you
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
- Engage prospects, introduce them to balthasart's offerings, and qualify leads
- Understand customer needs and pain points to tailor our solutions effectively
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken. Spanish will be considered a plus.
- Proven ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- No art background necessary - we value your motivation and determination above all else.
- Resilience and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference.
