- Vous aurez comme missions principales la gestion et l'optimisation de la profitabilité d'un portefeuille de magasins partenaires et le respect des objectifs fixés. ( Opérationnels et commerciaux )
- Vous serez en charge du déploiement et de l'expansion de votre portefeuille ainsi que des différentes campagnes Marketing.
- Analyse quotidienne de la data de la performance des marques et de nos opérations Deliveroo pour identifier les causes des problèmes et améliorer constamment le niveau de service.
- Optimisation et gestion de Processus : Deliveroo est une société qui évolue à grande vitesse et à grande échelle. Vous aurez l'opportunité de créer et améliorer des processus, par exemple la gestion de partenariats pour contribuer à la croissance. Vous Élaborerez des documents de meilleures pratiques pour des comptes spécifiques et pour l'ensemble du portefeuille
- Gestion programmatique: vous aurez la responsabilité d'un grand nombre de sites On Demand Convenience (ODG) vous développerez des outils et communications nécessaires pour faire croître la performance de votre portefeuille sur Deliveroo.
- Vous veillerez au suivi du respect des engagements contractuels pris avec les partenaires ODG.

**Votre expérience et vos qualités**:

- **Expérience**:

- rôle de diplômé, 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un d'account management ou commercial. Une expérience terrain chez une grande enseigne de supermarché serait un vrai plus
- **Commercial**: Vous savez négocier, anticiper des discussions commerciales, entreprendre des actions afin de maintenir un portefeuille de qualité (discussions contractuelles, négociations de mise en place d'outils commerciaux, etc)
- **Analytique** - capable d'être synthétique, d'approfondir les données et de comprendre les données qui permettent d'améliorer les performances pour nos partenaires en magasins
- **Proactif(-ive) **dans vos relations avec les interlocuteurs. Vous adorez être sur le terrain et vous êtes impliqué(e) dans tout ce qui est opérationnel dans votre périmètre.
- **Centré sur le client** - être obsédé par nos clients. Utiliser des données quantitatives et qualitatives pour construire un service qui soit opérationnellement excellent pour nos clients.
- **Adaptabilité**:

- être enthousiaste, flexible et adaptable avec la capacité de supprimer les barrières et les goulots d'étranglement grâce à la facilitation, la créativité et l'ingéniosité. Sachez quand vous avez suffisamment de perspicacité pour passer un appel et appliquer quotidiennement la règle des 80 / 20.
