We are now seeking a driven, proactive and curious Retail Account Manager to reinforce our brand distribution in France. This is where you come in

This new position will play a pivotal role in leading and developing our brand in France, working closely with local partners and internal departments to build the best value proposition to end consumers locally.

Being responsible for your own portfolio of tech & lifestyle accounts _- such as Le Bon Marché, La Samaritaine, The Conran Shop, etc._, you’ll be the trusted partner of our customers there and work to improve Native Union Retail awareness, and achieve sales targets as well as brand goals.

**The role, in a nutshell**
- Looking after existing Tech & Lifestyle accounts
- Growing existing channels with strategic accounts
- Introducing new collections (including partners’ training)
- Leading the POS visual merchandising strategy with regular store visits
- Working closely with product managers, marketing & operations
- Performing sales reporting & forecasting
- Being accountable for account performance (brand & financial metrics)
- Supporting Native Union promotion and marketing efforts, including and not limited to trade shows, pop up stores, events & PR activities

**What you’ll bring to us**
- 2-3 years of experience - _Retail and/or account management experience is a plus_
- Experience in FMCG, Luxury, Fashion & Lifestyle industries is a plus
- MSc Degree in Business, Marketing or Sales
- Fluent in French and English
- Proactive, easy-going, open minded and able to build a bond with people in an instant
