**The Role**:
Moderna is seeking an innovative and collaborative Omnichannel Marketing Manager - Digital. This role will develop and execute digital-first, and fully integrated multichannel customer engagement campaigns to establish Moderna as leading mRNA pioneer and contribute to build outstanding brand reputation amongst healthcare professionals and consumers. This role will be critical in developing Moderna’s digital engine and capabilities while supporting the launch of future mRNA vaccines This position will report into the France Marketing Director and be based in Paris, France.

To be successful as a digital marketeer, you should possess several years of social media and digital campaign development experience across corporate and commercial activities in a pharmaceutical/healthcare or biotech setting. You will need to have a strong understanding of French communication regulations regarding healthcare professionals and consumers.

**Here’s What You’ll Do**:
Develop and execute campaigns that incorporate public relations and marketing communications principles and tactics to maximize all channels available to engage stakeholders.

Partner with global marketing, brand, communications, medical, stakeholder engagement, market access, government relations and external partners, creating positive partnerships that ensure alignment of business needs and objectives.

Work with and manage agencies and partners to ensure delivery of programs within agreed parameters.

Work across/with global, regional and local teams to develop and support the “content factory” which will enable multi-channel engagement across all channels.

Identify and roll-out disruptive/innovative digital initiatives from proof-of-concept to scalable programs

Develop KPIs for campaign objectives and collaborate with the team to measure impact, optimize recommendations and quickly adjust tactics based on learnings.

Ensure continuity of systems and tools, working collectively with colleagues in Digital and Operations for one integrated customer view.

Develop process and internal governance to support and enable innovative solutions, digital tactics and multi-channel engagement.

**Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table**:
5-6 years relevant experience within the French pharmaceutical industry required with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Proven experience in digital marketing using innovative technologies and platforms, deep digital and multichannel content development, campaign development and management, and deep social media use. Marketing communications experience an asset.

Strong strategic thinking and hands on execution is critical.

Ability to develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies in support of business goals and to drive impact on the business. Note that ability to drive direct execution is important.

Must have a track record of digital platforms, social media and CRM experience - inclusive of using various channels to drive acquisition, conversion, adherence/loyalty.

Fluency in social and digital communications

Extensive experience leveraging data and insights to inform strategies and optimize plans

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex organization and foster alignment between internal and external stakeholders. This includes ability to influence senior leaders and communicate effectively.

Superior ability to prioritize what is critical and organizational skills including strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, problem-solve, analytical abilities and multi-task

Proactivity skills with ability to effectively plan for, develop and manage future state organizational needs and key processes based on business needs

Superior communication skills - both verbal and written

Strong role-modelling of Moderna Mindsets

Ability to work cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization

Solid management skills with ability to provide clear guidance, direction and feedback

**Languages**: English fluent is a must, French fluent.
