We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to enhance our client relationships and drive growth. In this role, you will be a crucial liaison between Commify and our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, developing tailored strategies, and identifying opportunities for upselling our range of communication solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in the technology or software sector
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and foster customer loyalty
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-starter with a strong motivation for success
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
- Adaptability to changing customer needs and market conditions
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
