**Strategic Planning & Operations Manager**

Les patients. Pour eux nous cherchons, développons et fabriquons des thérapies innovantes contre les maladies graves en utilisant les ressources du vivant. Cette approche repose sur des technologies de pointe, telles que la génétique humaine, qui permettent de caractériser les mécanismes moléculaires à l’origine des maladies. Amgen focalise ses recherches sur les pathologies dont les besoins médicaux restent importants.

Avec 18 médicaments et de nombreuses initiatives partenariales, Amgen travaille aux progrès de la prise en charge du cancer, des maladies cardiovasculaires, inflammatoires, rénales et ainsi qu’au traitement de l’ostéoporose. Avec 54 études actives impliquant 964 patients dans 294 centres (chiffres 2022), la France est aussi l’un des pays où Amgen a la plus importante activité de recherche clinique.

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Générale d’Amgen France, vous êtes son véritable bras-droit et travaillez étroitement avec le comité de direction et de nombreuses parties prenantes.

**Faciliter la gouvernance du comité de direction d'AMGEN France**
- Planification des comités de direction et préparation stratégique des sujets abordés
- Participation aux comités de direction et support dans la mise en place de certains sujets/projets (priorisation, communication et suivi)
- Support à l’amélioration continue de l’efficience des processus de gouvernance

**Coordonner les processus business**
- Coordination et participation aux revues budgétaires et business
- Force de proposition sur les orientations stratégiques
- Préparation des discussions (récolte d’informations, construction des agendas et de la présentation) afin d’en favoriser la qualité, dans le respect des délais

**Manager de projets transverses**
- Coordination ou management direct de projets transverses, en lien avec les équipes nationales, régionales (Europe) et Global : gestion des processus, accompagnement et conseil, suivi
- Planification stratégique de l’ensemble des projets transverses

Nous sommes tous différents, mais nous mettons tous nos contributions uniques au service des patients. Ce que nous recherchons chez vous, en tant que professionnel/le (expérimenté/e), sont les qualifications et les compétences suivantes:

- De formation supérieure (ex. Instituts d’études politiques, grandes écoles de commerce ou d’ingénieur), vous justifiez d’une expérience de gestion de projets complexes entre plusieurs fonctions ou d’une expérience en planification stratégique idéalement dans un environnement en transformation. Une connaissance des enjeux de l’industrie pharmaceutique serait également appréciée.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, votre maturité et vos aptitudes à travailler de façon transversale avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
- Vous êtes d’un naturel curieux(se) et savez faire preuve d’autonomie et d’adaptabilité vis-à-vis de vos interlocuteurs tant internes qu’externes.
- Vous savez vous faire apprécier par vos qualités d’anticipation et de planification et votre capacité à gérer l'ambiguïté dans un environnement complexe et en mutation.

**Compétences techniques**
- Gestion de projets complexes avec des fonctions diverses
- Capacité de réflexion stratégique
- Conseil interne et pilotage fonctionnel
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse de données, création d’outils et dashboard
- Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et à construire des supports de communication ciblés
- Maîtrise de l’anglais requise (parlé / écrit)

Idéalement:

- Connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique et compréhension du maillage des acteurs du système de santé
- Connaissance des nouvelles technologies et du digital (innovation santé)
