We are currently looking for a permanent full time Price Analyst to estimate the cost of manufacturing custom high-end retail signage, décor, and fixtures.
**When your actions lead to success.**:
- Estimate cost and margin of start to end projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
- Determine methodologies and best practice to set the duration and task dependencies for accomplishing the scope of work considering time, cost, and quality.
- Prepare proposals for competitive bids and/or engineering studies at the scoping, pre-feasibility, and feasibility project stage.
- Recommend vendors and subcontractors to be selected.
- Improve cost estimating procedures, reducing discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to obtain, review, and support the commitments required for the cost estimates.

- 1 + year of estimating experience preferably in manufacturing.
- Ability to interpret 2D/3D drawings and graphics renderings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Work under pressure, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines and multitasking.
