- **Tes missions consisteront à**:
- Rappeler et convaincre les salons de ne pas quitter Planity
- Assurer la distribution des demandes de résiliation auprès des commerciaux pour les clients très récents
- Assurer un reporting riche dans notre CRM pour les clients souhaitant résilier
- **Ton profil**:
- Tu es diplômé(e) d'école (de commerce, d’une formation en vente ou équivalent universitaire (IUT/ BTS/ Licence commerciale)
- Tu as une expérience d’au moins un an en Service Clients, Inside Business Developpement ou Retention management
- Tu écoutes, comprends les problèmes et sait apporter des solutions
- Tu aimes les challenges avec un mental d’acier et tu vas tout le temps de l’avant
- Tu es organisé(e), autonome et empathique
- Tu as une aisance relationnelle et en travail en équipe : interactions avec les équipes Sales & Service Clients / Lancement
- Tu sais convaincre et être tenace
- Tu t’exprimes parfaitement à l’écrit comme à l’oral
