We are seeking a talented Offer Marketing Specialist who can help us continue to drive growth and expand our reach into new industries. As an Offer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting compelling messages and promotions that speak to our customers' pain points and address their needs. You will leverage your expertise in marketing strategy to create campaigns that engage and inspire our target audience and generate demand.
In this role, you will work closely with our global product and sales teams to create innovative campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and close deals. You will have the creative freedom to experiment with different messaging, formats, and channels to optimize performance and drive results.

What will your role be?
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Industry/Brand Experts to ensure strong value articulation of the portfolio value proposition
- Ensure consistent positioning statements and messaging throughout all communications and collaterals.
- Write/ review compelling copy for various collateral types and audiences
- Communicate the Industry/Brand portfolio value to the market, create marketing materials that communicate key capabilities, benefits, and points of differentiation
- Support our sales engagement models by validating messaging and positioning in internal collaterals such as competitive positioning guides, sales assistants, and enablement materials.
- Approve or validate all messaging and positioning on external communication touchpoints including website pages, communities, events and webinars, client communications
- Create/ review and approve product release content including Role and Process collaterals for each release, including What’s New presentations, functional presentations, methodologies, tips and tricks, datasheets, video teasers, and interactive experiences.

**The challenges ahead**:

- Create innovative campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads
- Update and validate the Brand webpages, and content in internal platforms and communities
- Validate release materials
- Create portfolio presentations, videos, key messages at the Process and Role level
- Influence global sales teams to adopt your target campaigns
- Track and report on campaigns results.

**Your key success factors?**:

- +4 years in product or technical marketing experience or technical sales, knows how to create content that engages customers and prospects.
- Demonstrated success introducing new products to market that meet or exceed stated business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and creative thinking
- Experience working with technology in heavy industries like mining, infrastructure or construction is highly desirable
- Deep understanding of sales channels and sales needs
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. The ability to influence and work collaboratively with sales, marketing and Product Management is especially important
- Skills: Evaluate marketing content, market & customer insight, project management, create written & multimedia content, drive strategy, leadership, presenting to others, processing Information, time management.
- Fluency in English language is a must
