**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We’re looking for our first ever Senior Brand Manager to join our regional Brand/Marketing team. This position is a key role in the decentralized marketing operations: being the interface of our Global teams located in Toronto, Canada and our local Partnerships and Communications teams as well as our numerous retail partners. We operate in 25+ markets with a direct model (no affiliate in most markets yet).

This is a hybrid role based out of our **Paris** office.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Act as a key regional representative, working across regional and global teams, to deliver campaigns, messaging, and key account marketing plans that support the regional business.
- Support the regional execution of global launch plans for new products and brand campaigns by partner with the broader Regional DECIEM team to establish campaigns and launch plans, prioritizing partners, moments and activities, maximizing impact.
- Collect and track results of product launches and campaigns performances to create 360° recaps and build best practices to be scaled in the region.
- Own DECIEM’s regional marketing materials (brand books, retailers’ presentations, product sheet...), in alignment with Global guidelines - and constantly improve ways of working to gain efficiency.
- Be responsible for regional brand calendars updates according to latest state of business and lead the planning of ongoing efforts to support both brand and business.
- Collaborate with the Partnerships/local teams to build strong differentiation and trade marketing plans; providing necessary support/assets/content to partners to achieve excellence in execution.
- Oversee briefing of all regional brand asset and content needs to regional agencies and teams (design, translations, shooting), and manage team efforts through projects completion.
- Help bring regional insights and market needs to the Global level, ensuring the consumer and market needs are met.
- Work with Regional Partnerships/local teams to ensure implementation of marketing calendars, pricing, product assortment (& update assortment files as needed) Consumer facing initiatives (non-exhaustive list)
- Coordinate and update Visual Merchandising strategy for the region, adapting Global guidelines.
- Manage and drive the brand team to ensure proper execution of VM and Store Design projects in the region (with the support of the Partnerships/local teams managing partners negotiations).
- Support the Head of Brand in paid media activities coordination with agencies/partners.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including management skills.
- Fluent in French (native language) and in English is mandatory to be considered.
- Previous experience working in a local/regional team with global creative and marketing teams in bringing executions to life is required.
- Strong understanding of the beauty industry and other related industries such as fashion, lifestyle, etc. Previous experience with market research and consumer insight analysis in a plus.
- Excellent organization skills and demonstrate accuracy and detail-orientation is a must
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral with the ability to work with all levels of staff and management across various departments.
- Strong problem solver, collaborator, and ability to take ownership.
