**TON ÉQUIPE**:
Tu intégreras le département du Développement des Ventes de Carrefour Belgique.
**TES MISSIONS**:
Ta mission consiste à participer au développement d'une offre différenciée en fonction des besoins différents entre le Nord et le Sud de la Belgique.
- Mener une analyse de la concurrence et du comportement de l’acheteur en mettant l'accent sur la différence entre les différentes régions du pays
- Soutenir le développement d'une stratégie pour s'assurer que Carrefour est plus proche du client néerlandophone d'une part et du client francophone d'autre part, aider à déterminer quels leviers activer afin de mieux répondre aux besoins des clients, en tenant compte des différents formats ainsi que d'un zoom important sur les franchises
- Définir des recommandations sur la différenciation et la diversification de l'offre : quelles sont les familles et produits pertinents et donner une estimation des bénéfices supplémentaires
- Proposer un plan d’adaptation du modèle de franchise Carrefour
**PROFIL RECHERCHE**:
De formation supérieure bac+5, tu es diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieur. Tu as une ou plusieurs expériences dans le domaine Commerciale / Vente ou Marketing.
- Tu possèdes de solides compétences analytiques et un esprit de synthèse.
- Tu as de bonnes capacités de communication et des qualités relationnelles.
- Tu as un esprit d’initiative, tu fais preuve de responsabilité et de proactivité dans tes activités quotidiennes.
