- What you will be doing
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:_-
- Route shipments, considering commodity and volume, temperature control, and transit time requirements ensuring timely delivery.- Communicate with multiple external and internal customers- Adhere to all procedures, work instructions, and regulatory requirements in performing the job- Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/ related issues, including emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, etc.- Maintain accurate information regarding shipment status- Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to service related questions and complaints regarding shipments and services in a courteous manner and escalates issues to the appropriate person as required.- Makes suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve customer service operations- Other tasks as assigned - The Customer Service Representative will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

- Skills, Knowledge and Required Abilities- Ability to follow procedures and instructions- Good communication skills - verbal and written- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Work independently and flexibly.- Collaboration et bonnes relations sociales. (Sens du travail en équipe)- Prioritization + Adaptability- Master French and have a good level of written and oral English- Experience in logistics (freight forwarder, other courier company, airline, handling agent, etc.)- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and other computer programs.
Conditions- Permanent contract- Salary: Depending on profile and experience, over 13 months- Annual bonus, restaurant vouchers, mutual insurance- Hourly range from Monday to Friday with rotation on different slots between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.- Rotating Saturday and public holiday work with compensation (bonus/rest)- Rotating night-week on-call duty
