**Customer Service Representative (h/f)**

Au sein de l'entité française de Natus Sensory, **Natus Medical SAS**, vous serez responsable de la saisie des commandes accessoires de nos clients français et du standard en tant que **Customer Service Representative** (h/f)** sous la supervision du Manager de l'équipe SAV France et du Manager du Customer service International. Ce poste est basé au siège social de l'entreprise situé en France à **Massy (91)**, pour une d**urée hebdomadaire de 37.5 heures, du lundi au vendredi**

**Les tâches et responsabilités **incluent les suivantes:

- Saisie des Commandes accessoires.
- Gestion du standard téléphonique et de la boîte mail commandes.
- Gestion des litiges concernant les commandes accessoires (avoir + refacturation).
- Suivi des envois et des livraisons avec notre entrepôt basé à Gort (Irlande).
- Gestion administrative du retour des accessoires défectueux (complaint client - retour etc.).

**Qualifications requises**:

- Aisance avec logiciels de bureautique (Word, Excel, Power Point) demandée,
- **Excellent niveau de Français **afin d'échanger quotidiennement avec nos clients basés en France.
- **Anglais écrit indispensable (communications fréquentes avec nos collègues de l'étranger).**:

- Travail quotidien sur logiciel ERP (une première expérience avec Oracle sera un plus).
- Bonnes qualités rédactionnelles.
- Rigueur et agilité organisationnelle.
- Patience et flexibilité.

**Expérience souhaitée**:

- Expérience sur un poste similaire de 2 à 5 ans
- Niveau Bac+2

**Salaire et bénéfices**:

- 30 000 à 32 000 EUR bruts annuels
- Plan de bonus annuel de 4%
- Mutuelle compréhensive financée à 60% par l'entreprise
