Pour nous accompagner dans notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) passionné(e) de relationnel client pour faire vivre à nos clients l’expérience SYM OPTIC

Ta mission principale en tant que Customer Service Représentative : garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients.

Ton rôle principal consistera à être l’ambassadeur de Sym Optic auprès de nos clients.

Concrètement, tes missions seront:

- Prendre en charge les demandes des clients via tous nos canaux de communication
- Assurer le suivi des dossiers clients
- Répondre aux réclamations et aux demandes SAV
- Lutter contre le churn
- Participer à la construction de nos process Service Client

Ton profil:

- Tu es orienté(e) relationnel et satisfaction client
- Organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et fiable, toujours avec le sourire même au téléphone
- Tu sais adapter ton niveau de discours selon ton interlocuteur
- Excellente maîtrise du Français (écrit et oral)
- Formation en Commerce
- Connaissances Hubspot, Calendly, Slack, Aircall
- Idéalement, tu as une première expérience dans l’optique ou le médical
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est un plus

Salaire à définir en fonction du profil

Type d'emploi : Temps plein

Rémunération : 25 000,00€ à 32 000,00€ par an
