Missions
La direction des Ressources Humaines recherche dans le cadre d'un CDI, un(e) Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Au sein de l'équipe Compensation & Benefits, Reporting Social & SIRH composée de 3 personnes, vous serez impliqué(e) sur des missions diverses en lien avec les sujets liés aux rémunérations relatives aux activités Wealth, Asset Management et Supports (France, Belgique & Monaco).
Vous interviendrez notamment sur les sujets suivants sur votre périmètre:
- Campagnes annuelles des révisions salariales de fin d’année (augmentations individuelles, rémunérations variables, promotions)- Préparation et mise à jour des données de l’outil de suivi de la campagne annuelle des révisions salariales en lien avec les équipes C&B et SIRH Groupe- Préparation et structuration des enveloppes de rémunérations variables, et des budgets d’augmentations individuelles : analyses en amont de la campagne et préparation des présentations aux Directions métiers- Suivi des consommations tout au long de la campagne- Préparation des reportings et des communications liés à la fin de la campagne- Suivi régulier des effectifs & des compensation costs en lien avec les équipes Finance, en particulier lors des exercices d’arrêtés mensuels, de forecast et de budget annuels- Enquêtes de rémunération- Participation aux campagnes annuelles d’enquêtes de rémunération (collecte des données, analyse des résultats, préparation des restitutions aux RH Business Partners et aux Directions métiers) : analyses globales et focus métiers en fonction des besoins des RH Business Partners et des Directions métiersSuivis des rattrapages salariaux dans le cadre des retours de congé maternité
Profil- Titulaire d'un BAC+5, vous disposez de 5 ans d’expérience en Compensation & Benefits, idéalement au sein du secteur financier.- Une très bonne maitrise d'Excel est indispensable.- Vous faîtes preuve d'une très grande rigueur, disposez de bonnes capacités d'analyse ainsi que de discrétion dans la gestion des données sensibles. De nature pro-active et curieuse, vous souhaitez vous épanouir dans un environnement dynamique.- Anglais professionnel nécessaire.
