**Summary**:
Global data insights company is looking to recruit an IT Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd line end user support to ensure productivity of employees by being a single point of contact for information and problem solving. Customer service is key to providing support to 80 users across 3 offices in Paris.
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in telephone support rotation providing support to users in offices across the World via remote assistance tools.
- Face to face desktop support to London based users.
- Document problems and solutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Update management of potential problems and identifies problem trends.
- Create and maintain computer images.
- Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers, hard drives etc.
- Install, configure, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software.
- Provide video conference administration and support.
**Skills**:
- At least 2 years of experience working within IT support role.
- Experience supporting Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office suite, Macs, Windows File Permissions.
- Experience implementing TCP/IP at workstation level.
- Office 365 admin experience (advantageous)
- Experience supporting mobile devices like iPads, iPhones, etc
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
**Salary**: 46,000.00€ per year
