Notre client, un acteur de premier plan dans le domaine de la transformation digitale, cherche un leader compétent et énergique pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. Ce rôle vous offrira l'occasion de travailler avec des start-ups en croissance rapide et de grandes entreprises établies dans leur parcours de transformation numérique.
- Une expérience solide dans la gestion de projets IT transversaux
- Des compétences éprouvées en tant que KAM, avec un historique de gestion de grands comptes et de développement de portefeuilles importants
- Un talent pour le conseil et une expérience dans l'accompagnement de clients sur des projets complexes

**Mission**: En tant que KAM, vous aurez un rôle central dans la croissance de l'entreprise. Vous serez un moteur de la croissance, en signant de nouveaux clients et en développant des affaires avec les clients existants.

**Objectifs**:

- Faire évoluer le chiffre d'affaires du groupe sur deux de nos comptes stratégiques pour atteindre un minimum de 1M€ de CA par an
- Manager les équipes dédiées à la réussite des projets sur chacun des comptes
- Assurer la satisfaction maximale des clients (NPS > 70)

**Opportunités de carrière**:

- Gérer une clientèle de plus de 20 personnes
- Être responsable d'un portefeuille clients de plus de 5M€
- Collaborer directement avec les dirigeants de grands groupes (CDO, CIO, CTO )

- Un management direct par le CEO de l'entreprise
- Accès à un réseau établi de plus de 500 experts tech & produit
- Des formations continues au lean management
- Expérience significative (5 à 10 ans) de vente et/ou account management en conseil, dont au moins 3 années de développement d'un grand compte
- Aptitude à diriger et motiver une équipe performante
- Excellent relationnel et capacité à développer un réseau et à entretenir des partenariats clés
- Passion pour la tech et l'innovation, idéalement avec une expérience en projet IT
- Grande volonté d'apprendre et de progresser, avec une curiosité pour le lean management
- Attirance pour un environnement startup dynamique et en constante évolution

**Processus de recrutement**:

- Appel de qualification
- Entretien de fit
- Trois entretiens opérationnels : résolution de problème, simulation "Cas Client", simulation "Conquête commerciale"
- Entretien final avec le dirigeant
