Job Description

This is a remote position with Next-Link, a global leader in IT, BPO, and digital services. We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenues with existing client base through cross-selling activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements to deliver customized solutions.
  • Research and identify new potential clients and develop proposals to secure new business.
  • Prepare regular reports on progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Think strategically to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in key account management with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Good commercial understanding and ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Autonomous, hands-on, and detailed-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English mandatory.
  • Additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are a plus.

KPIs:

  • Cross-selling (revenue generation into existing accounts).
  • Maintaining high levels of client satisfaction (scoring above 8 out of 10).
  • Opening new business channels with new managers.
