**Description du poste**:
Horace s’agrandit et recherche un(e) Payroll and People Administration Officer pour la team RH. Les responsabilités de la team RH sont avant tout de s’occuper des collaborateurs de Horace en répondant à leurs questions RH du quotidien, d'accompagner l'entreprise dans sa croissance (avec le recrutement) et l'équipe en fonction de nos actualités (formation managers, organisation des élections professionnelles, revue du processus d'intégration des collaborateurs...).
**Responsabilités**:
Au sein de la team Ressources Humaines, ton rôle sera de travailler en collaboration avec notre People Manager et notre Assistante RH afin d’accompagner les collaborateurs de Horace au jour le jour sur différents sujets (paie, onboarding, offboarding, formation,).
Tes missions seront:
- Etre responsable de toute la gestion administrative des salariés de l’onboarding à l’offboarding (Contrats de travail, avenants, attestations et déclarations sociales diverses, affiliations, mutuelle, médecine du travail,)
- Gérer la paie de Horace (siège + boutiques) via notre outil Payfit et vérifier l’exactitude des déclarations liées (traitement, paiements des charges mensuels et trimestriels, déclarations sociales)
- Déceler toute anomalie sur un bulletin de salaire ou une déclaration de charges sociales et identifier les points de contrôle
- Accompagner les collaborateurs et répondre aux questions liées aux Ressources Humaines
- Gérer la partie administrative de la formation en lien avec notre Opco
- Développer et mettre en place des procédures (par exemple médecine du travail, offboarding, retroplanning,)
- Suivre les dernières tendances en matière d’outils de gestion RH

**Profil**:
- Tu as au moins 3 ans d’expérience en administration du personnel et de la paie dans une structure dynamique et / ou en forte croissance
- Tu es organisé(e) et sais prioriser tes tâches pour pouvoir gérer plusieurs projets à la fois
- Tu es rigoureux(se) avec le souci du détail
- Tu as un excellent relationnel qui te permet d’accompagner au quotidien les collaborateurs
- La connaissance d’outils comme Payfit et Notion est un plus
- Tu aimes travailler dans un contexte international, travailler en anglais n’est pas un problème pour toi (lien avec notre cabinet au UK)
