**Job Description**:
**As an intern you will**:

- Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, other administrative responsibilities and monitor user adoption
- Gather and document requirements for new functionality requests from a cross-functional team of Salesforce users, communicate on sprint releases
- Create reports & dashboards to support business functions
- Maintain governance and data integrity within Salesforce through data cleanup, reconciliation & maintenance
- Develop dynamic record pages, new page layouts
- Based on your skills, support in setting up new process flows and new integrations between Salesforce and third-party softwares

**Qualifications**:
**Required skills / knowledge**
- Experience working with the Salesforce suite and especially Sales & Service Cloud OR relevant Trailhead badges.
- Knowledge of standard objects: Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Price books, Leads.
- An understanding of Validation rules, Lightning Flows and process builder jobs
- Ability to perform data cleanup, extraction, and mass changes using Data loader.
