Missions : Global Account Manager

Rattaché à la Direction Executive B2B et plus particulièrement au sein de l'équipe « International Grands Comptes », vous aurez la charge de la direction commerciale de comptes au niveau Worldwide pour des Multi National Customers (MNC).

A ce titre, vous:

- Assurez le Management de compte : définition des stratégies client, pilotage de la croissance profitable de revenu jusqu'à la satisfaction client \;
- Gérez la relation client avec pour objectif l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et la mise en place de relations à long terme permettant de favoriser la croissance et la fidélisation \;
- Mettez en place les actions nécessaires à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux de revenu et de conquête de nouvelles affaires worldwide \;
- Animez les équipes internes et externes en transverse (équipes nationales SFR Business et partenaires internationaux) en vue de délivrer les solutions et services globaux attendus par nos clients \;
- Gérez les budgets de vente en préservant la rentabilité de SFR et des partenaires internationaux (maîtrise des marges et optimisation de la rentabilité des contrats remportés) \;
- Communiquez aux clients la stratégie de SFR Business et des partenaires internationaux. En contact avec le marché, vous comprenez et communiquez la vision et les besoins de vos clients \;
- Assurez la qualité des réponses aux RFP, des propositions pro-actives remises aux clients MNC ainsi que des actions de lobbying nécessaires permettant de gagner le plus grand nombre de projets (présentations, prises de contact et mise en place de rencontres à tous les niveaux de l'organisation interne et externe).

Profil

Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins 10 ans dans la vente de solutions complexes en cycles longs auprès de Grands Comptes Stratégiques, dont 3 à 5 ans à l'international. Vous avez l'expérience de la gestion de contrats d'envergure en environnement télécom et/ou IT Services et êtes habitué(e) à évoluer en environnement multi-interlocuteurs (interne et externe) et multiculturel.

Anglais courant obligatoire.
