We are seeking a Customer service&logistics specialist (M/F /d) to join our team.

The customer service and logistics Specialist will be responsible for monitoring the movement of goods at the logistics provider and processing the corresponding data in the systems: receipt of goods, preparation and shipment of customer orders, management of returns.

For this, he/she ensures the obtaining, creation, analysis, updating, correction and validation of logistics data.

He/she is required to monitor with the logistic provider the KPIs defined in the common contract, process data and provide data analysis.

He/she must also work in close coordination with the Head quarter supply chain team, data owners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in coordination with internal and external teams (logistics provider) to obtain the necessary logistics data in time, quantity and quality
- Interface closely, and frequent visit to our logistic provider
- Filter and clean data by reviewing IT reports and performance metrics to locate and correct issues
- Update the data in the ERP (Sage) according to the files shared by the logistics provider
- Provide the data files to be used by the logistics provider to update its system
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analysis tools and other strategies to optimize data efficiency and quality
- Develop tools, indicators, solutions to identify opportunities for improving logistics processes
- Create dashboards and data visualizations that can be shared internally, and with the logistics provider
- Develop technological and automation solutions to improve the data management process.

Your qualifications
- Master degree in Supply Chain
- Languages: French and English, German is a plus
- Experience with Power BI
- Strong Skills: Excels, Salesforce, Sage 100
- SAP experience is a plus
- Experience 3 to 5 ans
- Experience in a similar position management and data analytics
