Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Franchise Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the real estate loan market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the real estate loan market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage and develop a team of sales and network development professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement best practices to drive business success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in sales and business development, preferably in the real estate loan market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven ability to drive business growth and development, with a track record of success in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales and network development professionals
