We are looking for an ambitious Independent Software Vendor/Value Added Reseller Partnerships Manager with technical understanding to join our team in Paris, France and to develop and grow an ISV/VAR Partner program with a Fintech / Technology organization.

**What you will do**
- Identify new ISV/VAR opportunities in the country
- Monitor the software market for vendors suitable for the ISV program
- Monitor the verticals to identify the major IT vendors offering services to merchants
- Contact vendors suitable for the ISV program and present the program
- Onboard new ISVs/VARs
- Assist with the creation of the ISVs/VARs account
- Coordinate the communication of the ISV/VAR with the TAM team to assist integration work
- Manage merchants coming from ISVs/VARs
- Coordinate the onboarding of new merchants, in collaboration with Lead Generation
- Monitor revenue from individual merchants and individual ISVs/VARs
- Identify deviations of revenue and trigger corrective actions
- Manage relationships with ISVs/VARs
- Conduct regular meetings with the ISVs to review collaboration
- Escalation and internal follow-up on any issues affecting the services offered to ISV merchants
- Administrative & other tasks
- Training on company's products
- Sales/ISVs/VARs meeting preparation & presentation

**Requirements**:

- Be accomplished at selling technology solutions through ISV partnerships/channel partners
- Successful tracked record of created partnership
- Ability to identify both business potential and added value in technology-driven commercial solutions
- Hold sound commercial acumen, able to negotiate multi-partner commercial agreements
- Be a strong stakeholder with engagement skills and the ability to interact confidently with a wide variety of people at all levels
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver parallel projects
- Hold a proven track record of continually meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Desirable although not essential would be a background within EPOS peripheral sales
- Speak French on a full-professional level and speak fluently English. Additional EEA-31 languages would be considered a plus.
