- L'équipe Stratégie Produits ("Verticals") est responsable de la stratégie et du développement des produits au sein de l'équipe commerciale. Composée de 25 collègues motivés travaillant depuis la France et les Pays-Bas, elle collabore avec nos clients et nos fournisseurs pour expédier une grande variété de marchandises à travers le monde.Horaires : Administratif- Lieu : Aéroport Charles De Gaulle, Roissy en France- Type de contrat : CDI- Télétravail : Possible**Description de la mission**:

- Vos Missions- Optimisation de la Performance Produits:
Gérer la performance pour garantir l'attractivité d'offre AFKLMP Cargo pour nos clients.
Analyser les marchés et faire des recommandations pour optimiser les résultats et la rentabilité.Expertise du secteur:
Comprendre les besoins des clients et suivre les évolutions du secteur.
Définir les développements produits nécessaires en fonction des tendances de l'industrie.Stratégie Produit:
Vérifier la cohérence des produits au sein du portefeuille.
S'assurer que la stratégie produit s'aligne avec les stratégies commerciales générales de vente et de distribution au sein d'AFKL Cargo.Coordination avec les Marchés:
Collaborer avec les différents départements du groupe AFKL Cargo (ventes, gestion des revenus, opérations, service client) pour mettre en œuvre la stratégie produit.Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?- Impact Stratégique : Jouez un rôle clé en interagissant avec divers départements au sein du groupe AFKL Cargo, influençant directement les décisions stratégiques.

**Profil recherché**:

- Diplômé BAC +5, nous recherchons une personne qui:
- Établit facilement des liens avec divers départements et interlocuteurs, tant au sein de AFKL Cargo qu'à l'extérieur.
- Sait traduire les opportunités commerciales en produits en réalisant des analyses appropriées.
- Suit les tendances et innovations de l'industrie pour rester à la pointe.
Dirige fonctionnellement une équipe de représentants sur les différents marchés.
- N'hésite pas à remettre en question le statu quo lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Excellent niveau d'anglais écrit comme oral (C1)
