**Votre rôle**:
Le/La Team Leader est en charge d’animer, soutenir et être le ou la référent.e technique des membres d’une équipe autonome, de participer à la réalisation des objectifs de son périmètre en matière de Sécurité, Ergonomie, Environnement, Qualité, Délais, Coûts et autres, en encourageant l’esprit d’équipe, en stimulant l’engagement et en contribuant à l’amélioration continue et à la résolution de problèmes.

**Vos missions**:

- Organiser l’activité et être le ou la garant.e de la bonne mise en route (process, ressources) d’une équipe autonome.
- Positionner les ressources en fonction des objectifs de l’équipe et de l’activité.
- S’assurer du bon fonctionnement des équipements/moyens associés aux postes.
- Prioriser, analyser et traiter les anomalies (Andon/QRQC simplifié, etc.), proposer des plans d’actions et en assurer le suivi.
- Alerter et intervenir si nécessaire en cas de détection d’aléas dans les équipes autonomes.
- Intervenir en support technique dans son équipe autonome.
- Maîtriser les postes de travail ou les activités de son équipe autonome et entretenir sa polyvalence notamment pour s’adapter aux évolutions et remplacer en cas de besoin, un membre de son équipe.
- Participer à l’équilibrage des charges, la répartition des tâches et l’adaptation des postes de travail.
- Assurer la mise à jour des standards/modes opératoires et auditer leur respect à fréquence définie.
- Suivre, communiquer et animer au quotidien la performance de l’équipe autonome (gestion du tableau de bord, reporting quotidien, etc.).
- Préparer et communiquer les informations opérationnelles à redescendre dans les points d’équipe.
- Former ou s’assurer de la formation des membres de l’équipe sur les postes de travail.
- Mettre en œuvre les outils sécurité à disposition pour prendre part au développement de la culture Sécurité.
- Proposer, en cas d’incidents/accidents, des actions de sécurisation.
- Participer à la démarche ergonomie du secteur.
- Anticiper les besoins et commander les consommables nécessaires à l’activité.
- Transmettre au/à la manager les informations relatives à son équipe autonome.

**Qui êtes-vous ?**
- Bac+2 (ou niveau) en lien avec le métier ou expérience technique significative en milieu industriel,
- Capacité à acquérir et développer une expertise technique,
- Bonnes connaissances des outils et de la culture amélioration continue.
- Très bon esprit d’équipe et leadership naturel avec une connaissance sur les techniques de management 1er niveau,
- Bon communiquant avec une aisance relationnelle et un bon niveau d’écoute,
- Réactivité et adaptabilité dans la gestion des aléas y compris dans les situations tendues,
- Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de formalisation à l’écrit,
- Dynamisme, rigueur et organisation.
