Nous recherchons actuellement **un(e) Business Development Manager Service & Location** H/F pour notre site basé à Nanterre.**

**Mission**:
Vous assurez la promotion d'une offre convaincante qui comprend un portefeuille de produits incluant tous les produits et services de Xylem qui peuvent s'intégrer dans le cadre de la mission affectée.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Mettre en œuvre et exécuter une stratégie pour atteindre une croissance commerciale rentable.
- Identifier et cibler les principales parties prenantes et les personnes influentes dans les segments sélectionnés, tels que les principaux concepteurs ou installateurs, les fournisseurs de services et les utilisateurs finaux.
- Planifier et prioriser les activités pour développer les relations, les niveaux de demande et les commandes en fonction de la capacité disponible.
- Identifier les meilleurs canaux de commercialisation en fonction de la capacité de Xylem à couvrir le territoire et de la meilleure capacité à servir les clients à travers le pays (partenaires de services, fournisseurs de services, MRO...).
- Organiser des visites aux clients actuels et potentiels dans le but de promouvoir l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits Xylem.
- Influencer les décideurs clés en spécifiant les produits Xylem comme la solution préférée pour répondre aux exigences du client
- Planifier et mettre en œuvre, avec le soutien du marketing, des visites d'usine auprès des

principaux concepteurs et autres parties prenantes.
- Coordonner les activités avec le directeur de marché, le directeur des ventes, le responsable des

ventes et l'équipe de service pour assurer un service de qualité au client et une bonne

coordination des activités.

Le poste nécessite des déplacements

**Missions complémentaires**:

- Définir un plan de déploiement des solutions innovantes de la stratégie Service & Location

autour du Life Cycle Service et des solutions digitales, assurer son déploiement et réaliser

le reporting d’avancement
- Réaliser les devis de solutions innovantes et travailler avec les équipes Back Office et

Exécution Service & Location pour que leur réalisation soit un succès mais également une

vitrine pour d’autres clients
- Contribuer à la création/formalisation de ces nouvelles offres (contenu, grille tarifaire), des

supports de présentations pour les commerciaux.

- Réflexion stratégique et capacité à sortir des sentiers battus.
- Approche entrepreneuriale de l'entreprise : évaluation de la capacité et de l'aptitude actuelles à

saisir les opportunités à court terme avec les ressources existantes, tout en concevant l'avenir

pour saisir les opportunités à plus long terme.
- Capacité à développer des activités en tirant parti des ressources internes ou externes.
- Compréhension des liens stratégiques entre les parties prenantes et les actionnaires
- Capacité à obtenir des résultats dans le cadre d'une organisation matricielle et de rapports non

directs.
- Être un connecteur entre les fonctions, les clients et les partenaires
- Rechercher un retour d'information continu sur les résultats du développement commercial au

sein de l'entreprise.
