**TASKS**
**For the part of management assistant**
- Calendar Management by arranging meetings, appointments and travel plans
- Conducting research and gathering information to support executive projects and initiatives
- Manage administrative activities for management and leading roles
- Support to build and maintain positive client relations
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience

**For the part of Office Manager**
- You are the local contact point for the operation manager and oversee the office management activities
- Support the operation manager with office and budget management.
- Manage the administrative activities within the office
- Monitor the use of the office in order to keep a warm work atmosphere
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees
- Lead small initiatives to improve office management
- Support the implementation of Health and safety initiatives
- Collaborate with suppliers concerning office needs
- Coordinate the reception activities as being the first contact point for the receptionist(s)
