**Job Description**:
The Assistant to the Office Manager will help in ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis. In order to provide a great employee experience to all colleagues, a high level of service is expected to relay the Office Manager
A high degree of adaptability and flexibility are required to succeed in this role.
- Overseeing general office operations
- Ensure a great employee experience in the office
- Raising invoices in the tools
- Help in managing vendors contracts when necessary
- Supervising and monitoring the work of the receptionist when Office Manager is not available
- Booking lunch/meals, transport, and accommodation with the receptionist support
- Ordering office supplies and furniture
- Dealing with complaints and queries from all employees
- Liaising with employees, vendors, and customers
- Maintaining procedures for all reception and office services
- Preparing letters, presentations, and reports/statics if necessary
- Various administrative tasks to support other teams in the office
- Replacing receptionist when needed
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in French
- Excellent computer skills (Office)
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of service, proactive, good human relations skills
