We are looking for a Marketing Associate to join the French team at New Balance to provide support across the brand and wholesale functions. We have a true understanding of our customer and therefore we are looking for someone who can champion that consumer at the heart of everything they do with a deep cultural insight and a passion for the sports and sneaker industry. You will have accountability for the delivery of the brand communications activity, working closely with our agencies and owning the plan from start to finish as well as working across the team on creative production and general marketing requirements. **MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Deliver assets and provide day to day support in the activation of the brands French Communications Plan
- Work closely with 3rd party media buying team to deliver required creative content to activate the planned paid advertising campaigns.
- Support the ongoing Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik Tok) needs of the market, working with content calendars, paid media, tracking & reporting alongside 3rd party agency.
- Support the day to day working relationship and deliverables of the external PR press office to include seeding program, influencers & ambassadors along with experiential campaigns. Coordinating long-lead and ad hoc samples to support the key seasonal products including meticulous planning, organization and creative delivery of the seeding program.
- Support the delivery of physical and virtual experiential across launches, retailers events and wider department activities
- Tracks and manages the evaluation of campaigns, assessing consumer uplift through consideration and acquisition.
- Provide planning and organizational support to the Marketing team
- Support the sample ordering process through long term planning and ongoing coordination of product requirements across PR seeding, Photoshoots, Wholesale activations and promotional and experiential needs
- Take ownership of the day to day budget tracking system, ensuring that all spend is captured and monitored on a consistent basis
- Be the central support to both quarterly and annual marketing reporting, working with the UK marketing team to highlight key wins and results and prepare for internal communications
- Have a clear understanding of key product and launch dates, creative requirements and asset management. Work closely with team to support product, props and other requirements for photoshoots. Take ownership of wardrobe and be on-location when required to ensure an efficient, smooth content capture
- Provide sales support to team in key sell-in periods across catalogue production, showroom dressing and sales meeting organization
- Support trade marketing team with POS inventory management
- Staff Education and Engagement
- Work with team to support training and engagement content planning to aid retail associates with product knowledge ahead of launches and ongoing inventory
- Production of digital material to educate and engage wholesale retailers using ‘face of brand’ ambassadors & product experts using an array of digital and social platforms to deliver your content
- Build physical training material to support digital product education and distribute across strategic wholesale retailers
- Provide ongoing evaluation and innovation to evolve activities, platforms and content type

**REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS**:

- 4-5year minimum experience in a fast paced, brand environment
- Digital & Lifestyle expertise
- Experience of communications delivery, social media, PR, creative service/Production
- A clear understanding of working across multiple agencies is essential.
- Sports/Fashion and/or retail background is desirable
- Highly organised and able to work across multiple campaigns
