The Human Resources department is actively seeking a passionate Human Resources intern for a 6-month opportunity based in Paris

**Main responsibilities**:
Recruitment:
- Conduct sourcing for open positions.- Conduct phone and video interviews.- Participate in monthly meetings with partners.- Update activity reports.- Post job advertisements on various platforms.

Personnel Administration:
- Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding (employment contracts, BTP card, sick leave, vacations, etc.).- Ensure accurate employee data entry in the HRIS, contract and addendum compliance, and proper record-keeping.

Payroll:
- Assist with end-to-end payroll management.- Provide advice and support to employees on payroll and time management matters.

**Requirements**:
- Student in Human Resources, pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree.- Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in HR with similar responsibilities.- Knowledge of Public Works is a plus- Team working, curiosity, initiative, good communication skills

**Principales missions**:
Recrutement:
- Réaliser le sourcing pour les postes ouverts.- Effectuer des entretiens téléphoniques et vidéo.- Participer aux réunions mensuelles avec les partenaires.- Mettre à jour les rapports d'activité.- Diffuser les annonces d'emploi sur diverses plateformes.

Administration du personnel:
- Gérer l'administration du personnel de l'entrée à la sortie (contrats de travail, carte BTP, congés maladie, congés, etc.).- Assurer une saisie précise des données des employés dans le SIRH, garantir la conformité des contrats et des avenants, et assurer une bonne gestion des dossiers.

Paie:
- Aider à la gestion complète de la paie.- Fournir des conseils et un soutien aux employés sur les questions de paie et de gestion du temps.

**Profil recherché**:
- Étudiant.e en RH en Licence Professionnelle ou en Master 2 en ressources humaines.- Expérience en stage ou alternance en RH sur des missions similaires.- La connaissance des Travaux Publics est un plus
