Bloom alternance est une petite entreprise située à 75013 Paris 13e. Notre société est professionnelle, agile et innovante, et notre objectif est Cabinet de conseil qui conseille les PME actives à l’import comme à l’export sur leur gestion de leurs devises. Nous offrons une solution de gestion des risques de change permettant de transformer les opérations de change et paiements internationaux en trésorerie. En exploitant le meilleur mix entre les services bancaires, le conseil d’expert, la qualité de services, la datavisualisation, la business intelligence et les services d’autres fintechs, nous permettons aux PME d’augmenter leurs profits et sécuriser leurs marges aussi bien voir mieux que les grands comptes. Nous sommes soutenue par BPI, régulièrement cités dans la presse (Les Echos, Agefi, CNBC, Daf magazine, Finyear...) et reconnue par des institutions d’états ou privées (CCI internationale, Classe Export, OSCI, Stratexio Cncef crédit, ,...) et poursuit sa conquête du marché français. Dans le cadre de sa croissance constante, AMBRIVA recherche un Chargé d'Affaires junior en alternance. Vous intégrerez l'équipe Sales, sous la supervision du Sales Manager, vos missions seront les suivantes : *GESTION DE LA RELATION CLIENT* *Suivre un portefeuille client* Analyser les besoins clients et aider l'expert devise dans sa prise de décision Former les clients aux méthodes AMBRIVA tout au long de leur expérience Assurer l'ouverture de compte client et leur onboarding *RÉSOLUTION DES PROBLÈMES CLIENT* Procéder à la qualification des problèmes auprès des clients et les résoudre Aiguiller les clients à l'utilisation du logiciel de pilotage Yseulis Accompagner les clients dans leurs paiements internationaux et dans l'utilisation des services *AMBRIVA GESTION DES RELATIONS EXTERNES* Assurer la bonne relation entre les clients et les différentes salles de marché Suivre le déploiement des politiques de changes mises en place Qualifier de nouveaux prospects afin de soutenir le travail des Business Developer *Le profil recherché:

- Vous êtes étudiant de niveau Bac +3 à Bac +5 en école de commerce ou équivalent. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en relation client. Vous bénéficiez d'un excellent niveau de discours, à l'oral comme à l'écrit Vous êtes organisé, empathique et à l’aise avec les chiffres Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique et force de proposition *Processus d'embauche:

- Un pré-entretien Un entretien avec le Sales Manager Un dernier entretien de validation avec le fondateur *Les + de l'offre *: Tu cherches un alternance pour janvier Vous suivez un programme de formation de 7 jours avec un formateur de la vente B2B et un expert marché des changes. Vous serez accompagné plusieurs fois dans la semaine par le directeur général et le Sales Manager Vous profitez de la venue d'un coach sportif 1 fois par semaine dans nos locaux Vous intégrez un environnement start-up convivial mais avec un vrai goût du succès Une prime qualité de fin de fin stage pourra être proposée.
