Reevive recherche un(e) Customer Success Manager en stage pour jouer un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation de nos clients. Vous serez le garant de la qualité du service offert à notre réseau de +350 réparateurs inscrits et de notre portefeuille client qui ne cesse de grandir.

Idéal si vous cherchez à développer vos compétences en gestion de la relation client au sein d'une start-up dynamique et en pleine croissance.

**Le poste**:

- Gérer et suivre les relations avec nos clients.
- Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente et marketing pour assurer une expérience client unifiée.
- Participer à la création et à l'optimisation de processus pour améliorer la satisfaction client.

**Profil recherché**:

- Personnalité : Empathique, communicatif/ve, orienté(e) solution, et proactif/ve.
- Compétences : Excellentes compétences en communication en français, capacité à comprendre et à répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Intérêt : Passion pour la relation client et la technologie (la connaissance de la réparation est un plus).
